Mr. Kusakabe wants to be Tokyo's greatest
sushi chef. Miss LaCoeur is homesick for red
beans and rice, and Robert. Sometimes what
you really need is some good old trans-fat laden
fast-food French fries.
Rice Futures was originally presented at the
2010 Source Festival in Washington, DC.
